Windsor, QC Canada Door Hardware are brushed stainless steel finish, tubular lever type by Valli & Valli.   4 foot - Grid Pattern - Wood panel ceilings: Custom fabricated, "rough-textured", Old Growth Douglas Fir, Premium/ Clear grade as manufactured by Roseburg Mills Ceilings are finished with Watco - Natural oil.   Solid Maple strip wood flooring: ¼" x ¾" T&G #2 or better/Natural grade, random lengths from Shamrock Plank Flooring. Custom Installation "saw-tooth detail" on 2nd floor is a design detail from the masonry walls.   Plumbing Fixtures: All of the plumbing fixtures were specifically, selected based on reputation for highest quality and reliability by the following manufactures : Kohler, Toto, Hydro-spa, American Standard, Jacuzzi, KWC, Kindred and hansgrohe.   Stainless Steel Bosch Appliances: The S/S kitchen appliances are manufactured by Bosch. All building piping is Type L or K copper tubing.   Security Systems: Each residence at SCL has its own, independent security system which has the option for an owner to have remote monitoring by an outside security company, at their own expense.
